Minimi has now been selling kids clothes and shoes to discerning parents for nearly 4 years and is firmly established in Wales as the leading independent designer kids clothing shop. We believe in stocking only the best designer labels for children, then in giving the finest service to you our customers!

Because we stock designers from all over the globe some of the sizes may vary. We have tried to simplify this by sizing in year's i.e., 2 years = Average size of a two-year-old. This is only a guide however, and you do need to buy bigger sometimes. A good idea to be sure is to run a tape measure, measuring the width and length, over a garment that the child already owns. You can e-mail this information to us, including details of the item/s you would like to purchase, and we will use this information to select the right size.

Washing

Please adhere to the instructions on the label of garments. If it states to wash at 30 degrees do not wash at 40 degrees, although this may seem like a slight difference it could cause the garment to run (colour to come out). Do not hand wash unless instructed to do so, a common mistake is to think hand washing is gentler and can't harm clothes, wrong.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. All transactions will be processed in GBP Sterling. We use Secpay as our Payment Service Provider (PSP). They act as a secure link between us and your bank and obtain payment authorisation for us. To combat credit card fraud, we only deliver to the address where the credit/debit card is registered.

Paying by Credit/Debit Card?

Select the Credit/Debit Card payment option when you complete this order form. You will be transferred to Secpays secure payment server to complete your payment details. To process your order, you will need to provide the 3-digit security code on the back of your card and an issue number for Switch and Solo cards. Payment will not be taken until we have established whether your selection is in stock.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card by Telephone?

If you prefer, you can submit details over the telephone. Select the Telephone Order payment option when you complete the order form. You will be provided with an Order Reference number which you will need to quote when you call Customer Services on: 029 20 494444

Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
