UK Shipment
Parcelforce 48 hour will be used to make deliveries within the UK at a flat rate cost of £4.95. As a introductory offer we will post free of charge all orders over £150.00. A signature will be required for this service and goods will only be posted to the registered credit cardholders address.
Parcelforce aim to deliver within 48 hours although goods can arrive within 24 hours. If you would like guaranteed 24 hour delivery we are also able to offer this service within the UK at a flat rate cost of £6.50
A Parcelforce Tracking number can be issued so you can track the progress of your delivery on the website. Parcelforce website is www.parcelforce.com
We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm on the same day although any orders received after this time on Friday and the weekends will leave us on Monday.
Overseas Shipment
Deliveries outside the UK are made by Royal Mail International and a signature is required for their receipt. A flat rate cost of £10.00 is charged for Europe and £15.00 for the USA and the Middle East.
A Royal Mail Tracking number can be issued so you can track the progress of your delivery on the website. Royal Mail's website is www.royalmail.com and click on Track & Trace bar at the top. If delivery prices change from those published on our website we will inform you before you are charged.
Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays.
The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.
We are only able to deliver to the billing address of the credit or debit card.
All transactions will be processed in GBP Sterling. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of receipt. If any items you have ordered are out of stock, we will notify you of any alternatives. If these are not suitable, you can cancel your order completely or partially.
