Items purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy (please be aware that this is not the normal policy of our stores) provided that you have first notified us by e-mail email@minimikids.co.uk or telephone 029 20 494444 (from outside 00 44 29 20494444) a returns number will then be issued if we are contacted within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a re-sellable condition, which is at our discretion, with any price tickets still attached.

Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, or pay to return the item unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.

In addition to this refund policy, under the UK's distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days.

For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery and keep the tracking number safe until we are in receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected. We aim to refund all returned items within three days of receipt.
